Head Coach for the SEN
Paul is the current Lead Coach for the SEN Team and has been in this role since 2019. The 26-year-old, who has Asperger’s, is passionate about coaching and working with people with a wide range of disabilities and mental health.
Paul has played at Pan Disability level for Cheshunt Inclusive where he had a trophy-laden spell, including success as a player at the Chelsea Foundation Disability Showcase tournament in May 2018, capped off with back-to-back league titles success in the Herts Senior Pan Disability League.
Paul completed his FA Level 1 in 2013 and has coaching experience at Somers Town Future in 2012-2013 and 2017-2018 and is currently undertaking his FA Level 2 Coaching Course with AFA.
Paul started volunteering with PTSA at the end of 2018 and the Pro Touch SEN Team then came to fruition where he became head coach and continued his passion for working with people with a wide range of disabilities and mental health within the local community.
His first taste of success came at the FA People’s Cup Pan Disability Championship level where they enjoyed relative success by reaching the semi-finals in Bedford after cruising through the preliminary stages in London.
Silverware followed winning the West Ham Foundation Tournament Championship Level in October 2019.
Paul was given the Adult Volunteer award at the Camden Youth Awards in March 2020 and he continues to be a champion within the community.
