As Finance and Wraparound Care Lead at Pro Touch, Chris Chen oversees the financial management of the organisation alongside the day-to-day running of its Wraparound Care provision. Chris leads the operational delivery of Wraparound Care, making sure before- and after-school provision runs smoothly, safely and in line with the standards families expect. He coordinates staffing, bookings and site operations, and works closely with schools, parents and the wider team to create a welcoming, well-organised environment where children can thrive.

Combining financial oversight with hands-on operational leadership, Chris plays a key role in keeping Pro Touch's programmes both financially sound and consistently well-delivered — supporting the organisation's growth, compliance and long-term sustainability.
