Chris' journey into the world of education and sports began with his involvement in the pioneering Pro Touch team. This early experience ignited his passion for nurturing young talent and fostering a love for sports. 

His academic pursuits led him to a first-class honours degree in Learning and Teaching. This academic achievement, coupled with his practical experience, has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of educational theory and pedagogy. He has worked in diverse roles within schools, including, as of more recently, a primary school teacher in London. 

Subsequently, he has embarked on a career in the sports industry, holding directorial roles at various companies where he has gained invaluable insights into the business of sports.
