Youth and Sports Lead

Rabby has been a valued member of the PTSA community since October 2017, currently serving as one of our Elite Academy Coaches and dedicating himself as a full-time Youth and Sports apprentice.

During his coaching sessions, Rabby's vibrant energy and enthusiasm for working with young individuals are unmistakable. He ensures that players relish the experience of playing football with a sense of freedom, encouraging them to express themselves to the fullest. Beyond the enjoyment factor, Rabby strategically designs his sessions to enhance and refine player’s skills, which they can then apply in small-sided games and on match days.

Rabby possesses an NGB FA Level 1 in Football Coaching and has aspirations to commence his UEFA C License this year. Outside of his role at PTSA, Rabby holds the status of a certified Level 7 football referee affiliated with the London FA.
